The former market town of Wadebridge is some 5 miles distant with its supermarkets, doctors’, dentists’, and veterinary surgeries together with easy access to the A39 Atlantic Highway.

From Wadebridge, it is 6 miles to the town of Bodmin which in turn has access to the A30 trunk road which links the Cathedral Cities of Truro and Exeter. At Exeter there is access to the M5 motorway network, an airport can be found at Newquay and the nearest mainline train station is Bodmin Parkway.
