In property, experience is invaluable.
DJR Estate Agents are a team of experienced Estate Agents you can trust. Our goal is to provide a tailored sales and marketing service that ensures the unique qualities of your home and its location are shown in the best possible light.
David successfully ran Stags’ Launceston office for many years before starting his own firm with a team that have worked together for over 20 years. With combined experience of 70 years selling quality homes in the area, we are committed to ensuring the best ethical standards are at the forefront to both seller and buyer, providing a service that is personable, credible and, above all, professional.
We actively embrace the new technologies that are available today for selling homes, including social media, professional photography, floorplans and hosted virtual viewings, and have access to a wide database of active buyers looking for properties in this area.
However, we understand the importance of providing every opportunity for traditional face-to-face interactions – our strategically positioned office at Homeleigh, Dutson with extensive free parking, makes it easy for you to discuss your situation or property requirements within Cornwall, West Devon and Torridge. Our Google reviews are testament to the service we provide. Visit our Sold Gallery to see some of the properties we have dealt with over the last 12 months.

Having worked locally in the Estate Agency industry since 2000, Michelle’s experience and dedication are invaluable. Her friendly approach and strong customer service ethos make her an essential member of the team.
Michelle has lived in the Launceston area and been part of the local agricultural community all her life, helping on the family’s dairy farm and maintaining close connections locally.
When she isn’t indulging in a spot of retail therapy with her teenage daughter, you will find her in the gym or walking the coastal path with her partner and Willow the dog.

Starting in Estate Agency as a teenager, Penny has worked and lived in the local area for over 20 years. Her attention to detail and extensive knowledge of our delightful local hamlets and rural areas have been of great benefit behind the scenes for many years.
During her career, she has worked in most aspects of property sales with particular focus on administration, marketing and IT systems. Penny is passionate about ensuring the highest professional standards are maintained at all times.
When she isn’t proof-reading David’s work, she will be spending time with her husband and daughter exploring the Coast and Moors.

Living locally for all her life, Zoe brings a knowledge of the area and a tremendous enthusiasm for property! When not in the office, she can be found walking her beloved dog Bailey in local beauty spots.

Ali has finally been tempted into the office to provide additional admin support, having previously supported David in various roles over the last 14 years. Ali is our most experienced viewing assistant and brings her enthusiasm and skill in showing property to its best potential into the office environment.
Ali has a love for open spaces and fresh air. She is a true outdoors person, happiest when riding her pony, walking her dogs, or exploring the moors.

Having been supporting DJR Estate Agents as one of our valuable Viewing Assistants for quite some time, Chris has recently joined the office based team as our Weekend Negotiator.
Chris is passionate about delivering good customer service, he is a highly experienced salesman and a well-known face around Launceston.
When not at work he spends his time on the golf course improving his swing!

Our Head of Pup-lic Relations was promoted after majoring in Bark-eology. She’s a diamond in the ruff and we’re mutts about her!

As a young pup, Willow’s still a bit ruff around the edges, so she’ll be starting as our Barketing Apprentice, with plans to grow into the full role. She’s eager to dig in and has already gotten on the dog-and-bone, sniffing out new customers and following up on plenty of leads!

If you met him, you would understand that David was an accomplished Rugby player and avidly follows the Cornish All Blacks who are one of the many teams he is proud to have played for during his sporting career.
More recently he has discovered open water swimming, completing the Dart 10k, the Plymouth Breakwater and the St Michael’s Mount swims, together with the inaugural Isles of Scilly Swim Challenge, which involved 15km of swimming and 10km of walking around all the islands in a day.
From this he has ventured into ice water swimming (less than 5 degrees Celsius) and represented IISA Team GB in events in Poland, Holland, Scotland, and Estonia.
Believing in local communities, he has been a School Governor, Chairman and President of the Launceston Round Table and Chairman of the Launceston 41 Club. Nowadays, when not working, David enjoys exploring the South West with his wife and their dogs Maggie and Minnie in their beloved camper van or competing in quizzes.
